The First Son, Commander of the Special Forces Group, Col. Muhoozi Keinerugaba, and former premier Apollo Nsibambi, were among the guests at a dinner held last Saturday at Serena Hotel to mark the launch of Victoria University, an affiliate of Birmingham University, UK.

The dinner was a climax of the university’s launch ceremony, which had taken place earlier in the day, with President Yoweri Museveni officially opening it. Professors and dignitaries from the UK dominated the attendance list. Muhoozi, an old boy of Birmingham University; attracted attention as he freely interacted with other guests. Guests were entertained by Kika Troupe and Lillian Mbabazi and her Sundowners Band.
