Bad Black denied Germany visa

TROUBLED city socialite Bad Black aka Shanita Namuyimbwa reportedly failed to secure a Germany Visa last week.

Bad Black who was granted bail recently after she had been in prison for about a month on embezzlement charges, went to the Germany Embassy last Thursday to apply for a Visa so as travel to Germany.

But no sooner had she introduced herself as Shanita Namuyimbwa, than the embassy officials asked her to leave their premises. A source revealed that Bad Black, whose passport was deposited in court, is fraudlently trying to get another one so that she can escape to Germany to while away her embezlement troubles.

The prosecution alleges that in Septemeber 2010, David Green Halgh, Bad Black's boyfriend, jointly formed a company with Bad Black. The company was registered as Daveshan Development Limited, which was meant to deal in land purchase and property management.

Green, who is a manager in Air Services in the UK, had 75% shares while Black had 25% the two opened an account in Barclays Bank at Garden City Branch to handle their business finances.

According to prosecution Bad Black did not contribute any money towards the opening of the account.
 
Prosecution alleges that between September 2010 and March 2011, Green deposited $3,824,130(shs9,438,075,691) from UK to facilitate the business.
 
On December5, 2010, Green came to Uganda to monitor the progress of their business but Bad Black allegedly failed to account for the money. She denies the embezzlement charges.
