Eva Mbabazi nominated for lifetime achievement on the catwalk

UNITED Kingdom-based Ugandan model, Eve Mbabazi who is better known for having pioneered modelling on the streets of Kampala when she donned a fishnet dress, was nominated for the Afrikan Fashion Walk Awards 2011.

This in the modelling industry is in the Lifetime Achievement Catwalk Model Category inwhich she will be competing with Sera Lubowa Muhenda.

The Annual Awards for this year were launched with not too many surprises as to who eventually made the list. The party was held at Club Rouge in Kampala and it saw designers nominated in a total of thirteen categories.

The grand finale is on December 16, at the Golf Course Hotel in Kampala, Uganda.
