GERMANY: BUNDESLIGA

Here is a summary of Saturday's results:

Wolfsburg 0-2 Dortmund

Raphael Guerreiro scored the opening goal in the 32nd minute. Achraf Hakimi sealed the victory with a 78th-minute strike.

Wolfsburg were reduced to 10 men when Felix Klaus was redcarded for foul play.

Monchengladbach 1-3 Leverkusen

Kai Havertz opened this four-goal thriller with a seventh-minute goal to give Leverkusen the lead. Marcus Thuram equalised after the break, but the visitors restored their lead through Havertz again (penalty). Nine minutes before time, Sven Bender added the cherry on the cake with a match-winning goal.

Paderborn 1-1 Hoffenheim

Robert Skov put Hoffenheim in front in the fourth minute. Dennis Srbeny levelled matters five minutes later.

Freiburg 0-1 Werder Bremen

Leonardo Bittencourt scored what would be the winning goal as early as in the 19th minute.

Manuel Gulde thought he had found a late equaliser for the hosts, but his goal was disallowed for offside against ten-man Bremen who had Philipp Bargfrede sent off after picking up two yellow cards.

Meanwhile, table leaders Bayern Munich will attempt to peel further away from Dortmund when they host Eintracht Frankfurt at 7:30pm.
