SECURITY LEVEL 3 (ISPS CODE) INSTRUCTIONS FOR PORTS & LANDING SITES
Following the pronouncement by H.E The President of the Republic of Uganda on closing all borders of Uganda in an effort to combat COVID-19, The Ministry of Works and Transport (Maritime Administration) is evoking the implementation of Security level 3.
This is a security level for which further specific protective security measures shall be maintained for a limited period of time when a security incident is probable or imminent although it may not be possible to identify the specific target at all Marine Ports and Landing sites with international travel of goods and services.
