FUFA Women's Cup: She Corporates travel to Nyakasuru

Nakawa based She Corporates who currently sixth in the FUFA Women Super league travel to Nyakasuru ground to take on second division side Bunyaruguru Girls in the FUFA Women's Cup this Friday.

She Corporates go into this fixture on the back of a draw with league leaders Kawempe Muslim Ladies.

Bunyaruguru started their league campaign quite well, but have struggled to keep the momentum. They now sit one point above relegation in the Victoria group.

They were also held to a 0-0 draw by She Maroons FC in their previous outing.

Elsewhere, regional outfit Kawempe Junior host Elite league side Lango Queens in Kawempe. The visitors are hoping to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat by Elizabeth league leaders and 2019 Cup champions Makerere University.

Lango Queens have so far had a fair run in the Elite league, sitting third. They now hope to replicate that form when they take on the junior side of Kawempe Muslim Ladies.

The Women Cup is a knockout competition that is played by all the FUFA Women Elite League clubs plus other teams across the countries that are interested to take part.
