More clubs to register for woodball

The Chinese government sponsors woodball in Uganda.

 
The Uganda Woodball Federation (UWF) is set to have its Annual General Meeting this Saturday at their headquarters in Mengo.
 
The focus will be on reviewing the previous calendar year and also planning for the upcoming one.
 
"We are looking to examine last years' financial reports. We also want to review our constitution and possibly approve new clubs into the league," vice-president Vincent Kisenyi said.
 
"The UWF president Paul Mark Kayongo is also going to discuss a strategy that is going to push the sport forward. All that will be discussed on Saturday," Kisenyi added.
 
Kayongo also serves as the International Woodball Federation vice-president having been re-elected for the fourth time running in October last year.
 
In attendance will be the Chinese ambassador to Uganda Zheng Zhuqiang. The Chinese government sponsors woodball in Uganda.
 
Two representatives from each club will be expected to take part in the general meeting.
