Hundreds join Museveni in historic trek

President Yoweri Museveni today started the great trek covering close to 200km in commemoration of the National Resistance Army fighters.

President Yoweri Museveni today started the great trek covering close to 200km in commemoration of the National Resistance Army fighters.

KAMPALA - President Yoweri Museveni today started the great trek covering close to 200km in commemoration of the National Resistance Army fighters who took in the five-year liberation struggle. 
 
Museveni, while addressing the gathering before starting the trek said he would later publish a short book about the importance of the walk that will cover the seven districts of Wakiso, Nakaseke, Mityana, Kiboga, Kassanda, Kakumiro and Kibaale.
