MARCH 09, 2019: Phaneroo's Apostle Grace Lubega married Nicole Kavuma in a simple wedding at The Victoria Serena Hotel, Kigo. The ceremony was presided over by Bishop Isaiah Mbuga.
MARCH 14-16, 2019: Fatma Alkathiri and Moses Mayanja held a three-day wedding ceremony, including the Henna ceremony, Nikka and reception. Moses is son to prominent businesswoman Sarah Kizito.
MAY 07, 2019: Jafali Ssebuguzi and Jamila Nampeera, a Bukedde TV presenter, had there Kukyala (first visit the in-laws), introduction and wedding. All the occasions were held at Nyanama, Kampala inside the house, but in different rooms. Supreme Mufti, Sheikh Sulaiman Ndilangwa officiated their wedding vows.
MAY 16, 2019: NTV News anchor, Andrew Kyamagero, commonly known as Omuntu W'awansi married Linda Ndagire in a civil ceremony. They hosted their guests, to a reception on May 18 on Bbule Island.
JUNE 02, 2019: Daphne Frankstock introduced city comedian Patrick Idringi aka Salvador to her parents in Mityana.
JUNE 15, 2019: Charles Mutebi, a sportswriter with New Vision and Patience Ayesiga wedded at Watoto Church Central and, thereafter, hosted there guests at Mestil Hotel Nsambya.
JULY, 13, 2019: Jolly Nabusiita, a resident of Ntinda, won herself a fully-funded 300-guest wedding at the Vision Group's 11th Bride and Groom expo that took place at UMA showgrounds Lugogo in June. She went to the expo to enjoy the exhibition, just like other revellers.
However, she bought a copy of the Bride & Groom magazine upon her mother's request. The magazine had a coupon, which she was encouraged to fill in. After submitting the coupon, Nabusiita went on to visit the various stalls, little did she know she would win.
Jolly tied the knot with Dean Harry Obunya. The function was at St Kakumba Chapel, Kyambogo University on November 30. The fully-funded reception was at Dolphin Suites, Bugolobi.
JULY 29, 2019: Faridah Nakasumba, the daughter of Musa Hassan and Robinah Nabanja, the Kakumiro district Woman MP was given away to her fiancé, Ivan Basimbize on Saturday, July 27, 2019. The function was attended by Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga, Government Chief Whip Ruth Nankabirwa and State Minister for Primary Education Rosemary Seninde.
JULY 20, 2019: Ugandan Rapper Daniel Lubwama Kigozi aka Navio married his long-time girlfriend Matilda Nasimbwa in a private wedding that took place in Sweden.
AUGUST 10, 2019: Edwin Musiime, a Pastor, TV personality, chief executive officer Crest Group Ltd and founder Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs Uganda, married Cristabell Nansubuga in a ceremony that took place at Kampala Serena Hotel.

AUGUST 24, 2019: Esther Channelle Musisi, the daughter of former Kampala Capital City Authority executive director Jennifer Musisi walked down the aisle with the love of her life, Ronald Kasule. She first introduced her fiancé to her parents earlier in the month.
SEPTEMBER 28, 2019: Isaac Kutesa, the son of foreign affairs minister, Sam Kutesa and Yvette Kamurasi, a niece to former internal affairs minister Aronda Nyakairima (now deceased), walked down the aisle. The ceremony was officiated by John Muhanguzi, the retired Bishop of North Ankole Diocese, at Munyonyo Peace Hub in Kampala. Guests included President Yoweri Museveni and other politicians.

NOVEMBER 14, 2019: Singer Rema Namakula introduced Hamza Sebunya in a ceremony filled with pomp and glamour in Nabbingo, off Masaka Road in Wakiso district. The event is locally known as Kwanjula in the Kiganda culture. Sylvia Nagginda, the queen of Buganda kingdom and former Katikkiros — Joseph Mulwanyamuli Ssemwogerere and J.B. Walusimbi, were among the important guests at the tightly-guarded ceremony.

DECEMBER 13, 2019: NRM's Justine Kasule Lumumba and her husband, Patrick, renewed there vows at the Commonwealth Resort Hotel, Munyonyo in Kampala. It was the 20th wedding anniversary of the couple, whose different paths in life, they said, is the glue that has kept their marriage intact.

Mbidde was previously married to Susan Namaganda, the former Woman MP for Bukomansimbi, who died in 2015 in a road accident.
