Despite thumping hosts, Jinja Hippos 13-0 in the Nile Stout Premier Rugby League on Saturday, Stanbic Black Pirates coach Robert Musinguzi was still disappointed with his players' performance.
Musinguzi popularly known as "Boby" disclosed this after the game on Saturday. He asked his boys to step up their game if they are to be counted on the league title this season.
"Am not contented with the scores given the nature of our league. We need not leave bonus points behind in such games," Musinguzi said.
"We have to improve on our character, execution and optimize our chances we create during the game," a disappointed Musinguzi said.
Alex Aturinda managed two tries before Steven Alul added a penalty.
Pirates have played three games lost one and won two but one without a bonus point.
To get a bonus point a team must score more than three tries or lose within a 7-point difference.
However, it was the same concern for other coaches as the other teams registered a low score of tries with the exception of Heathens.
