Testifying before the General Court Martial (GCM) Chairman, Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti, D/AIP Charles Milton Iega said on that fateful day, he was directed by his superior to find out who had fired bullets at Zzana.

Iega, attached to Kasangati police station, assured court that he found a woman dead on his arrival, later identified as Nalwadda and Nakabuubi who died on arrival to hospital.

"On my arrival, I found Ntale with an AK47 firing bullets. His other colleagues escaped as he covered them. I and my team were forced to fire bullets because the accused in the dock intended to finish us too," Iega said.
