Following his feud with Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata regarding a video in which Kenzo claims to have been disrespected by Muzaata, the Sitya Loss star took to social media to air out his cries and grievances.

Kenzo expressed his discontent about how Ugandans have quickly forgotten how high he had raised the Ugandan flag.

Notable among what he said, Kenzo called onto the government in a statement that caught the attention of many, "Uganda Government, Where are you?" This prompted the hashtag weyayu which trended on social media.

Well, it looks like the government, led by President Museveni, has had the singer's cry and as such, he is set to have a meeting with the president any time soon. Upon receipt of this news, Kenzo took to his FaceBook and Twitter pages to announce the meeting.

In his words, Kenzo posted "Hi guys, thank you for the hashtag Weyayu. I'm invited by the head of state in recognition of my contribution to the country and Africa at large. What should I tell him? Kenzo asked his fans,"

When New Vision reached out to the President's Press Secretary, Don Wanyama, he declined to say much about the meeting. " We shall send out a communication regarding that meeting if necessary," Wanyama said.

This follows Kenzo's return from America where he won the award of African Entertainer of the year in the African Entertainment Awards.

However, information reaching the newsdesk is that the two meet on Monday evening.

details of the meeting will be posted shortly.
