Speaker Kadaga graces twins festival

The speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga, has graced the 6th Kampala twins festival. 

Clad in a green kitengi with a beaming smile, the Speaker made her way to the Namboole grounds at 11:30am
After her speech, she presided over the twins parade, where hundreds of twins participated.

"Ugandan families should support the twins so that they grow, parents you can manage them if you start saving early. The twins festival should be a tourist attraction in the country and men should not run away when they get twins," said Kadaga.

In her final speech, the speaker pledged to sponsor the twins whose genitals were beaten by dogs.

Smartly dressed in similar attire, the twins who have already gathered at Namboole grounds are taking selfies to let the cyber world know how cool they are. With only sh10,000, you have a chance to be part of this rare occasion.
