Zimbabwe Sables are enjoying an unbeaten run in the Victoria Cup, but the Rugby Cranes are plotting to end that when the two meet at the  Machinery Exchange Stadium, Harare Sports Club on Saturday.

The Sables recorded 30-29, 31-26, and 39-10 victories against all three opponents Kenya, Uganda, and Zambia, but the men in black, yellow and red are determined to earn their revenge.

"We are good in shape and we are ready for the challenge, but to be precise, to win the game," assistant coach Brian Makalama

However, Zimbabwe is also ready for their visitors and team Manager Jason Maritz said: "We are currently in camp preparing for Uganda, it will not be an easy match and at the back of our minds, we know that the race for the championship is grounds enough for everyone to come harder at us.

"We have had a little bit more time to prepare for them and we are ready for another intense encounter. The Cranes are a tough side and they are coming for us, we are not taking this game lightly and we will brush up on previous mistakes."

The Rugby leave on Thursday Morning to Zimbabwe and are sponsored by Nile Special, Pepsi and Stanbic bank.
