Having twins helped me grow into a responsible person

KAMPALA - Although Feddy Babirye is a twin, she didn't expect to have them. To her surprise, she is now a proud mother of twins.

She says before becoming a mother, she was a party animal who never cared about tomorrow and enjoyed her life to the fullest.

When she conceived, everything changed. She had to change her way of doing things in order to have a healthy pregnancy. She started eating healthy foods.

When she got to know that she was carrying twins, her conduct changed so much that she couldn't wait to receive them.

When the twins finally arrived, she was more than ready to raise two babies at the same time.

Today she is enjoying her two-month-old babies and these are Annet Babirye and Arthur Kato.

"They are my joy and no matter how hard it gets, taking care of them is my duty and this, I will do with or without the support of anyone," she said.

She added that much as there are times they cry at the same time and she gets confused on who to attend to first, she manages by the grace of God.
