Lions in a free eye screening and treatment camp

Hundreds of residents from Kamwokya and its surrounding area in lines being attended to by a team of specialists in the eye care and treatment led by Dr. Grace Ssali.

To help extend eye treatment-related services to people of Kampala, the Lions Club International district 411 (Uganda) has set up a one-day free eye screening and medical treatment activity at Kamwokya a city suburb.

 

Lions club scope of humanitarian service covers sight and health programs including diabetes and childhood cancer, hunger relief, environment protection among others.

The camp is to be officially opened by Lions district 411 new governor Dr. Dan's Nshekanabo Naturinda.
