“I composed many songs. But I was also not aware that my music was very meaningful. I thank you, my children, for promoting and preserving my musical ministry. Please continue to stand with me.”

The founder of Mount Sion Prayer Centre, Bukalango, Msgr Expedito Magembe has hailed the Cherubim Chamber Chorale, a youthful Catholic musical ensemble, for promoting his musical ministry. The Prelate was particularly grateful to the choir for transcribing and recording his music on video and audio albums.

Msgr Magembe expressed his gratitude during a musical concert that the choir organised for him at Pope Paul Memorial Hotel, Ndeeba on Sunday (March 31).

Magembe later thanked Michael Mukisa, a Catholic musician based in the US, for re-arranging and harmonising his songs.

The Prelate later asked Christians and all Ugandans of good will to give him financial support towards the maintenance of his Evangelistic TV Station, so that the Gospel of Salvation continues to be spread.

The director of the choir, Jude Luwaga said they organised the concert to thank God for the 45 years of Msgr Magembe's priesthood and his impactful ministry of deliverance/exorcism.
