Tell us about Premier Recruitment Agency

Premier recruitment is a company under the Ruparelia Group of companies. We are licensed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development for both external and internal recruitment.

We are committed to reducing unemployment in Uganda by providing suitable employment opportunities. Before we started operations, we went to Riyadh, Jeddah & Dubai to do background checks.

We met owners of the companies that we intended to work with, the key staff and even looked at their ofices, among other things. The fact-inding trip was successful because we discovered that some of the companies we had intended to work with had substandard ofices.

What is your goal?

Our goal is to provide employment that is suitable, credible and fulilling. To achieve this, we cannot afford to work with unscrupulous and substandard companies. Our staff also make sure that each of the candidates has a SIM card and a phone so they can communicate with the agency and their families soon after arriving in their destination countries.

When it comes to internal recruitment, we work with a number of companies here, both in the Ruparelia Group and outside. Job opportunities range from hospitality to insurance, education, agriculture, property management, manufacturing and energy, among others. Since November last year, we have illed over 40 permanent positions.
