Uganda Martyrs will be under the management of new coach Noah Mugerwa following the departure of Shafiq Bisaso.

St. Lawrence University, second runners up in last year’s Pepsi University Football League play host to former champions Uganda Martyrs University this afternoon at Kavulu in the Pepsi University Football League.
 
Uganda Martyrs will be under the management of new coach Noah Mugerwa following the departure of Shafiq Bisaso.
 
Mugerwa who has previously coached Masaza side, Busujje said he is excited to be managing in the Pepsi University Football League.
 
“I have been following the league and it is a very tough tournament to play in. This is going to be a new challenge for me and I am sure that together with the boys we shall have a great season,” Mugerwa said.
 
Meanwhile, MUBS and UCU played out a goalless draw in their first game of this year’s competition at the former’s grounds in Nakawa.
