CAF has appointed match officials from Benin to be in charge of the CAF Confederation Cup first leg play-off between AS Otôho and KCCA FC in Congo Brazzaville.
The tie will be played on Sunday at Stade Marien Ngouabi In Owando.
Adissa Ligali will be the centre referee, assisted by Gbemassiandan Kouton and Eric Ulrich as the first and second assistants.
Meanwhile, Vipers will host four time winners CS Sfaxien in the first leg this Saturday at St Mary's stadium, Kitende.
A minimum of $0.275m (sh1bn) cash prize awaits Vipers and KCCA should they go past CS Sfaxien and AS Otôho respectively in the return leg and make it to the CAF Confederation Cup group stages.
The cash on offer from oil giant Total has the winning team bagging $1.25m (sh4.6bn), runner-ups $0.625m (sh2.3bn).
Losing semi-finalists are assured of $ 0.45m (sh1.67bn), quarter-finalist $0.35m (sh1.3bn), while the third and fourth placed teams in the group will each get $0.275m (sh1bn).
