Bus crash leaves 'several injured' in Kasese

ACCIDENT

A Kasese-Kampala-bound Link company bus crashed at Kikorongo in Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda on Wednesday.

The exact number of casualties has yet to be established. Some people who were there said "several" people sustained injuries.

The injured were rushed to Kilembe and Kagando hospitals, according to eyewitnesses.

Earlier reports had indicated deaths, but that is not known yet.

The bus involved in the crash belongs to Link Bus Services.
