Local dancers excite African legislators

Legislators from 25 African countries and Reproductive Health experts from all over the World experienced Uganda’s cultural diversity on Thursday, when Crane Performers, a group of talented youth performed for them at the Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo, in Kampala. The delegates, who were attending a three-day conference, organised by Partners in Population and Development (PPD), Africa Region Office were fascinated by the cultural performances. The theme for this year’s conference was “Building the capacity of African policy makers for improved reproductive health and family planning outcomes in the region: Challenges and Opportunities”
