JINJA - BUL FC has been on a winning  streak in the recent past but all this came to an end during their match against URA FC.

Both teams settled for a goalless draw at FUFA technical centre in Njeru on Tuesday.

The Jinja side had descent goal scoring opportunities in first half
with midfielder Dan Shabena playing a guilty party with a goal at his
mercy only to avoid shooting at URA FC's custodian James Alitho.

Yusuf Kinene's industrous attack for URA FC in midfield could not
penetrate BUL FC's solid backline led by team captain Abdul Mayanja
and William Otongo.

''We created as many chances against BUL FC in second half and they
only played the delaying tactics'', said URA FC's tactician Sam
Ssimbwa who refused to criticize his side's blunt strikers after his
team has produced scoreless draws against Nyamityobora FC , SC Villa
and Maroons (1-1).

''Today we faced a very physical encounter against URA FC that has
alot of experience in the league ,but I am happy that we at least came
out with a point.

"My players were all drained with the opponents style
of play but we shall regroup in the next league match,''said BUL FC
head coach Peter Onen as his team sloped down to third position on
goal difference behind Bright Stars FC.
