Express coach Kefa Kisala also called for more time and patience as tries to build a stable team.
"I need time to build a team that is composed of young players. We bought players that were not known and organising them into formable team is not something easy,"stated Kisala as Express went down 3-1 to Mbarara City away at Kavumba Recreation ground in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
Karim Ndugwa, Ivan Eyam and Hilary Mukundane each had a goal for the hosts, while Mubarak Nsubuga scored a consolation for Express . The victory saw Mbarara City bounce back from their 1-0 defeat against Ndejje University in their opening game.
Kisala also believes the injury setbacks and also the lack of ITC documents for some of his players cost him a lot.
The defeat meant that Express had gone two games without a win. They settled to goalless with URA in their first game of the season.
