Background

Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. (SSS) currently holds a USAID/ Strategic Information Technical Support (USAID/SITES) Contract to facilitate, promote, and enhance evidence-based programming and reporting in Uganda's health system, particularly its response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

In furtherance of this charter, SSS is seeking qualifi ed sources to provide the supplies or services in the table below. No orders will result from this request. Once a vendor is determined to be qualifi ed to provide the supply or services upon which they bid, SSS intends to issue a procurement which will result in an unspecifi ed number of zero value Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) which will be funded only upon issuance of a release order for required items. These BPAs will include pre-approved pricing for each line item offered by the vendor.

SSS invites applications from interested eligible fi rms for the prequalifi cation of suppliers and service providers for the following category on an "as and when required basis"
