Defending Champions Impala Ultimate are bidding for a three peat as Uganda welcomes East Africa to this year's 7Hills Classic Ultimate Tournament this weekend at the Kyambogo Cricket oval.
There is a sense of what should be an interesting two day contest with a total of nine teams across the region to contest for honours.
Kakamega, Nairobi Cool Waters, Kisumu, Entebbe, Magnum Opus, Kigali Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), Impala and a Pick-up side are the teams expected to compete.
Impala remain highly motivated despite their recent success at the regional event that is running for the eleventh time in Uganda.
"There is no doubt we are the team to beat. We have trained viogorous and I know we are fit to fight for this title" said Umar Katumba, captain of Impala Ultimate.

Meanwhile, the team welcomes back the services of seasoned player Brian Kaswa who has been out through a back injury.
Nonetheless, Katumba believes they won't feel the void left behind by the ever green Jamil Kisubi who turned professional in the United States.
If Impala win this edition, they would take the revolving trophy for keeps by virtue of having won at three times in a row.
Ove the years it remains as the flagship event on the local calendar and still it continues to grow in numbers and significance.
"We always strive to give our best in terms of preparation and this year we are right on time to have a memorable tournament here in Uganda" said Ali Nasser Ssenfuma , chairman Uganda Ultimate FrisbeeAssociation (UUFA)
