Tender notice from Enabel

Enabel in Uganda is supporting the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) to implement the BTVET Strategic Plan - also referred to as Skilling Uganda Strategy under a 5-year project­Support to Skilling Uganda (SSU). With funding from the Belgian and Irish government, and from the EU Trust Fund, Enabel has scaled its operations to support policy reforms and practice that contribute to improved skills development opportunities to three separate regions: the Albertine-Rwenzori region (districts of Bulisa, Hoima, Masindi, Kabarole and Kasese.), the Karamoja region and Northern Uganda including Kiryandongo. The SSU project started in 2015 and runs up to June 2020. 

It is in this context that Enabel is looking for training providers for "Provision of training in production of energy efficient stoves, solar ovens and bio-briquettes in Uganda". The contract has 3 lots, each of which is indivisible. The lots are:
