Hot Pool and Capital Night were victims as Skin Samona took control of the Betway Senior Pool League.

The Pacify Wakaliga based outfit raided top of the table opponents Capital Night and left with three points courtesy of a masterful display from former Nile Special Pool Open Champion Amos Ndyagumanawe.

Ndyagumanawe led his team’s goals by keeping a clean scorecard of four out of four on the night. Skin Samona Captain Rehma Nanyondo was also impressed with her teams fighting spirit as it has sent them to the top of the table.

“I had a lot of faith in my boys because last week, Ntinda Giants led us 8-3. They told me to come down and they would do the job. This time they overturned a  4-6 deficit to take an emphatic victory on the door step of their rivals,” Nanyondo said.

They came back with extra fight in the second half and they managed to score 9 goals while Capital Night through Ibra Ssejemba managed to only add one goal to their tally of the night.

At Rock Catalina Bar Ntinda, Hot Pool failed to defeat Ntinda Giants who managed to draw 10-10 against their former senior team. The draw means they did not make enough head way but they received two points for their effort.

Skin Samona did not only impress in the men’s match but so did women’s team who defeated Capital Night 10-2 as they sick to bring CKI’s dominance to an end.
