Vipers warm-up ahead of new season

KAMPALA - Vipers sports club have intensified their preparations ahead of the 2018/2019 season.

The Jogoos who want to compete favorably in the league, Uganda Cup and CAF Champions League have embarked on a three-weeks pre-season training camp in Mbale.

The idea behind this is to ensure that players are really focused, determined and also be able to express themselves before the new season.

This will also help the technical team to work out different partnerships with current and new players.

The pre-season will be expected to be climaxed with yet to be confirmed friendly matches.

Bashir Asiku, Frank Tumwesigye and Baden Mujahid Ogama are some the players that did not travel with the team since they are part of St Marys Kitende team that is competing for FEASSA games in Mukunze, Rwanda.

Ismail Watenga, Milton Karisa, Ashraf Bamuturaki and Ashraf Mandela are some of the players that didn't travel with the league defending champions.
