The bidding document (s) shall be inspected at the address below, from 8.30am to 4.30pm during working days.

Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of an application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand only) . The payment will be made through the bank on UNMEB Account and Bidders will be issued with a general receipt, which will be presented to the Procurement and Disposal Unit for issuance of the bidding document. Bidders who responded to the 1st advert will not have to purchase the amended bidding documents. Revised copies can be picked from PDU. No Liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bidding documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below by 24th August 2018 before 11:00am. Late bids shall be rejected.
