The Government of Uganda has received fi nancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Third Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF3), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under contracts for procurement of Providers for supply of Seeds to NUSAF3 Beneficiaries The Office of the Prime Minister now invites applications for Pre-qualification from eligible providers (Seed Companies) for additional firms for supply of seeds to NUSAF3 Beneficiaries Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specifi ed in the PPDA Act 2003 and the attendant Regulations, and is open to all eligible bidders as defi ned in the Procurement Guidelines.
