The Permanent Secretary Ministry of East African Community Affairs informs all pensioners on this Ministry's payroll that the Ministry will carry out a physical verification exercise in the whole country from 25th to 29th June 2018 starting from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (i.e. Monday to Friday) at the under listed regional centers: Wakiso, Iganga, Mbale, Moroto, Lira, Arua, Hoima and Mbarara.

Please note that pensioners are free to move to any of the above centers of their convenience within the aforementioned days. Please come with the following documents: 1. Letter of appointment
2. Letter of Confirmation
3. Letter of appointment on promotion (where applicable)
4. Letter of retirement
5. National identity card
6. Letters of administration for estates of the deceased
7. Current Life Certificate
