KAMPALA - Goalkeeper, James Alitho could be on his way out of Vipers sports club.
The versatile player who can also play at the striking force feels he needs more playing time which Vipers are not likely to give him.
With Vipers reaching an agreement to sign goalkeeper Bashir Sekagya from UPDF, this could leave Alitho third goalkeeper behind Sekagya and Isamil Watenga.
Sekagya who is one the promising goalkeepers put up a stellar performance for UPDF in the second round of the league despite his side being relegated.
The lanky custodian spent a couple of years with former league champions KCCA junior team before he was released to UPDF last season.
One of his most memorable performances in the second round was during UPDF 1-0 win over SC Villa at Bombo and 2-0 defeat by KCCA at StarTimes stadium,Lugogo.
Sekagya who also featured for Hope Doves failed to make it to the senior team at KCCA and decided to join to Kansai Plascon before crossing to UPDF.
