Notice from Abim district

Abim District Local Government intends to dispose its used vehicles and motorcycles and hereby invites interested bidders. The disposal shall be conducted according to local government PPDA regulations 2006. Successful bidders must pay 70% of their bid price within 24 hours upon being notifi ed and the balance must be paid within 72 hours.

The items will be sold on ‘as is, where is' basis .Abim District Local Government shall have no further liability after the goods are sold. Open viewing of the items will be at Abim Hospital parking yard from 11th may 2018 8: 00am to 5;00pm to 31st May 2018 10:00pm. No viewing shall be done on weekends.

All bidders should clearly indicate their daytime contact numbers and email addresses on the bid form.

Submission of the bidding document MUST BE IN TRIPPLETS. Bids MUST be fully sealed and carefully marked as per the item and must be addressed to The head of procurement and disposal unit Abim DLG P O BOX 1 Abim. Bids shall be issued from the procurement and disposal unit after a payment of non refundable fee of Ugx 100,000=, payments must be made to Abim District General fund collection Account No. 01163500365666. DFCU, Abim branch. And the document shall be given to the bidder after presentation of a general receipts from fi nance offi ce at the district head quarters Abim.
