KCCA FC coach Mike Mutebi says his team is ready to take on Bostwana's Township Rollers in the CAF Champions' League group stages this Friday.
The local champions are drawn in Group A with record winners Al Ahly (Egypt), two time winners Espérance de Tunis (Tunisa) and Township Rollers.
"In Bostwana, we are going to play our way," Mutebi said.
The Township Rollers versus KCCA is likely to be a tough encounter for the Lugogo side.
In March, KCCA eliminated Ethiopia's St George 1-0 on aggregate at StarTimes stadium, Lugogo to become the first Ugandan club to progress to the group stages of the CAF Champions League ever since they were introduced in 1997.
Before that, Ugandan teams such as Simba and SC Villa had reached the finals of African Cup of Champions now called CAF Champions League.
Muhammad Shaban's only goal in the 47th minute off Mustafa Kizza's assist also saw KCCA get a prize of $550,000 (sh1.9bn).
