National team rugby players will have access to modern gym facilities as they prepare for international duty.

This is after Marcos Gym and SPA Naalya and Uganda Rugby Union (URU) signed a three-year memorandum of understanding.

URU CEO, Ramsey Olinga believes the deal is a great opportunity to the players not only to train using state of the art equipment, but in a healthy and conducive environment.

"We are very grateful to Marcos Gym because acquiring such services has saved us approximately sh18m a year, money that would go to other activities," Olinga stated.
