Eastern Heroes have been demoted from the fourth edition of the FUFA Women Elite League to the regional league.

This follows the club's  failure to honour three league matches without any written explanation.

The matter was submitted to FUFA competitions disciplinary panel which later decided in accordance with Article 24.10 of FUFA Competitions to demote Eastern Heroes to the lower division.

Eastern Heores failed to honour both the first and second game against their rivals Olila Women FC. They also did not  turn up for the game against Kampala Queens that had been scheduled for October 29th, 2017 at Villa Park.
