Jolly Ngabirano, the sister of fallen internal affairs minister Aronda Nyakairima died Thursday.
She was the proprietor of a number of coffee shops under the name Café Pap.
Ngabirano passed on Thursday afternoon in a hospital in Germany, according to her family.
She was the wife of the former Uganda Coffee Development Authority managing director, Henry Ngabirano.
Her last formal employment was at Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), before she started her private business.
In 2004, Ngabirano and her partners ventured into the coffee (shops) trade and Café Pap has been at the forefront of the business over the years.
