GULU - The country woke up to the shock that Moses Ssekiboogo aka Mowzey Radio of the Goodlyfe crew had died on Thursday at Case Clinic in Kampala.

Fans in Gulu could not hold back their tears as they were seen holding small gatherings in the town, talking in low-tones and others literary wailing.

Geoffrey Komakech, (pictured left) who has hosted the artiste for close to decade described him as a mentor, saying: "I feel bad about what has happened to him, he was my friend, to be sincere Radio was a friendly person and a mentor who likes everyone."

Geoffrey, who is popularly known as Jeff Amazing, has worked with the fallen star across the country under his company, Amazing events.

Radio last performed in Gulu during the Christmas festival along with a number of artistes across the country.

Paplo Man, an artiste based in Gulu, who has a new song featuring Radio, said their song was not yet complete, but hopes to complete it.

He alled on to the public to regard artistes as humans and prayed that Radio's soul rests in peace.

Following reports that Radio was beaten into coma at a bar in Entebbe, fans have called on artistes like Paplo Man to live responsible lives.
Rita Akello, a fun who praised Radio's melodious voice says: "Maybe he was wrong but the reaction of that person who beat him was not right."

Akello encouraged artistes  to always use dialogue in solving their problems and not through violence

Looking on the positive side, Collins Ayella, another fan,lauded the artiste's contribution to the under-privileged children in rural areas.
