He doesn't want to look for a job

I met my boyfriend at university in 2013. We used to live in hostels, but after graduation, we decided to rent a small house and move in together. I got a job before he did so I used to solely pay rent and clear utility bills, hoping when he gets a job, he would cater for us or we split the bills. However, it has been a year and he seems comfortable and not bothered to look for a job. Whenever I ask him, he says he is taking his time to get a permanent job and does not short-time jobs. I cannot carry this financial burden because I also have siblings to take care of. What should I do?
