Kamugasa passed away on Wednesday at International Hospital Kampala in Namuwongo, a Kampala suburb after a short illness.
A night vigil is under away and a funeral service will be held on Saturday at Baptist Church, Nakulabye at 10:00am.
The burial will take place on Sunday in Nyakatoke, Rugombe, Mwenge, Kenyenjo.
