Notice from Ministry of Agriculture

The Government of Uganda represented by the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) received fi nancing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agriculture Cluster Development Project (ACDP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for procurement of Motor Vehicles and Motor Cycles.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) as the implementing agency for the project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of: Lot 1-Twenty fi ve (25) no. double cabin pick up vehicles; Lot 2- Three (03) no. station wagons; Lot 3: Two (02) no. saloon cars and Lot 4: Twenty seven (27) no. motorcycles. The delivery period for the items is (within Thirty (30) Calendar Days). A Margin of preference shall not apply.

Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defi ned in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provide those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid." CLICK HERE  FOR MORE ON THIS NOTICE
