Olila showed their title contenders in the FUFA Women Elite League by defeating UCU Lady Cardinals 2-1 and Wakiso Hills 3-0 away in Mukono and Wakiso respectively

This was their fourth consecutive victory aided by an own goal by Adam Kemisa and a long range strike from Ikwaput Fazilah to gave the visitors the win on Saturday while Hasifah Nassuna scored a  consolation for UCU.

Ikwaput and Vanessa Karungi both from Olila are vying for the Airtel FUFA Female Player Of The Year Award with UCU's Hasifah Nassuna.

Nassuna who is a favourite to retain the accolade she won last year will be judged on her displays for Kawempe Muslim last season before crossing to UCU.

Karungi didn't play the match as she is sitting her exams at Mukono High School and she watched on from the stands with both her parents.

In Buddo, Sharon Apon and Habiba Namalwa each scored for defending champions Kawempe Muslim SS as they beat Ajax Queens 2-0.
