The organisers of the second edition of the Busoga Masaza Cup have decided to change the way they trophies are awarded.

This time, only the winning team will get a trophy as opposed to last year where the top three counties all received a trophy.

"Last year we awarded all the top three counties and it completely lost meaning, so this year we shall award a trophy to the winning county after the final," said the kingdom's minister of sport, Amin Bbosa.

Butembe will meet Bunha in the final that is expected to draw a large crowd on November 18th at Bugembe Stadium, with the winning county to walk away with sh3m while the first runner up will take sh1m.

Bukholi North and Budiope will contest the third place playoff where the triumphant side will take sh500,000.
