Kefa Kisala however is confident that his understudies will be equal to the task

Going into their crucial Uganda Premier League clash against Express FC this weekend at Kakindu Stadium, relegation threatening BUL will be without their custodian Hannington Ssebwalunyo who is suffering from illness.

Head coach Kefa Kisala however is confident that Ssebwalunyo's understudies Paul Mugyampani and Mohamed Ddidi will be equal to the task after their impressive display in the club's 6-0 thrashing of regional league side Walukuba TASCO in a friendly.

Braces from Fred Kyambadde, Fred Ndugga and Patrick Asiku inspired BUL to the dominant victory for the Jinja based club which is searching for much needed confidence to climb out of the relegation zone.

"We might have lost to top sides recently but that occurs to any other team in the league. Now that all my key players are back in the team, we are ready to fight for our second win of the season against a team that has not won in Jinja for the last four years in the league," said Kisala whose side prepares to face Express who he turned out for as a player in the 1990s.

The return of midfielders Yunus Sibira, Patrick Ssembuya, right back Umaru Mukobe and team captain and central defender Yusuf Mukisa will prove key against Express.
