Kotido District Local Government Invites Sealed Bids from suitably qualifi ed Firms/ Companies to submit their bids for the various works, supplies and services indicated below; 

Interested Bidders may inspect the bid documents or may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit Offi ce, Kotido District Local Government during the offi cial working days and hours.

A Complete Set of Bid Documents in English may be purchased from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kotido upon payment of a Non Refundable Fee of UGX.100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings Only) for OPEN BIDDING and UGX.70,000 (Seventy Thousand Shillings Only) for Restrictive Bidding above, to Kotido District General Fund Account No. 9030005641011 Stanbic Bank, Kotido Branch. A Copy of Pay in Slip shall be presented to the Accountant responsible in PDU upon which, the General receipt issued and bid document obtained. Completed Bids shall be addressed and delivered to, The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kotido District Local Government, P. O. Box 1 Kotido at or before 10:00am on the 2nd of November 2017.
