Motocross put off

The event meant to be on Sunday October 8 was put off because of the KCCA Carnival Sprint due on Saturday October 7 in Naguru.

The organisers of the sixth round of the national motocross championship have postponed it to October 15 to give way to the KCCA Festival Sprint.

The event meant to be on Sunday October 8 was put off because of the KCCA Carnival Sprint due on Saturday October 7 in Naguru.

"Due to the KCCA Carnival Sprint, we have postponed our MX6 to next weekend of October 15," the event manager Leila Blick's communication to the riders and rider Parents stated.

Blick also cited Shell, Lato Milk and FMU as sponsors of the KCCA Carnival and at the same time the sponsors of MX6 event.

She added that whereas there may be inconveniences caused to the riders but the postponement will give riders an extra weekend of practice," Blick stated.

In the absence of Maxime Van Pee who underwent surgery last week, Asaf Natan will face off with Olivie Van pee in the MX1 category while Ali Omar will showcase with Alestair Blick in the MX125 cc category.
