My boyfriend died three weeks ago, but I want to date again

My boyfriend whom I had dated for 10 months died three weeks ago in a fatal accident.

I was devastated, but I met someone who was always there for me. We have had good times and last week he asked me to be his girlfriend, saying he loves me.

I have also fallen for him, but I am worried of moving on, since people will start judging me. What should I do?
