1. Is the Cambridge Curriculum compatible with Uganda's education system?

Yes, it is fully compatible since Uganda's education system was started and administered by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate until the late 70's.

2. Do Ugandan Universities, colleges and employers accept the Cambridge International qualifications?

Yes, the Cambridge IGCSE is Uganda's equivalent of O'Level and Cambridge A'Levels is equivalent to Uganda's Advanced Certificate of Education. Public and private Universities do admit Cambridge qualifications for all major competitive courses including Medicine, Engineering, Law and Social Sciences on government sponsorship for qualifying candidates.

3. Can a student change from Ugandan system to Cambridge at any stage?

Yes, a primary 6/7 Ugandan leaver can join Cambridge Junior Secondary in classes Year 07 or year 08 equivalent to P.7 or senior one respectively. Similarly if you complete Uganda's S.4, you can join Cambridge A'Levels (Year 12 and 13) likewise, you can change from Cambridge into UNEB into corresponding classes.
