In Pictures: Vendors invade Kampala streets

It is business unusual at downtown Kampala as vendors dealing in different merchandise have displayed their goods along different city centre streets to make some quick cash.

At the moment, there isn't any Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) enforcement officer deployed to enforce the law.

 
Unlike before, when vendors used to operate in hiding, today they are shouting on top of their voices as they attract passersby to their merchandise.

According to vendors, KCCA law enforcement officers were last seen down town Kampala last Friday evening.
